Family as Priority

You can choose your friends but not your family. Spending a quality time together with the family is very essential to a person’s growth as part of the society. Although most of us are very busy because of our career, school and friends, we shall not forget that there’s a family that waits for us at home. Some families deal with this matter by allotting time with each other such as arranging a picnic somewhere and going shopping and eating in different malls.

This is one of the personal issues that all of us encounter in life. I, myself, should admit that I am also losing time with my family because I spent almost my day at school and with my friends so I am not able to talk or have time with them. Spending a memorable time with them is the best way I can show that I care and owe them a lot. It is an alternative way of showing how I love them because they build me who I am today. Family is something I will always put in my priority.

Family plays an important role in everybody’s life. In family’s arms, I was first introduce to humanity like rights conduct and good values. Also, even everyone around me leave, there’s still a family who will stay by my side forever. They are only the one who can give me the love and care very sincere, not my friends and not my girlfriend. A strong connection with my family gives me strength and courage to reach my dreams and goals in life.

Provided that my parents feed me by taking care of me and giving me quality education they deserved to be treated the way they treating me. Spending a quality time with my family is not too big to ask for. Allotting time with them strengthens the connection between everyone. I wouldn’t be me without the attention and love my family gave me. Put your family to your top priorities then you will not regret any single thing that will happen to your life.

Acts of Equality

The frequency of bullying, harassment and discrimination has trended upward over the years and students experience it very often. Many communities had shown concern to stop this discrimination which results to bullying in all schools inside and outside the country. If I had experienced to be bullied and not being treated fair or I knew people experiencing the same, I will not let these bullies to insult or tear my and other people social being. I will promote equality to the school to lessen the number or students and peers being bullied and discriminated.

First, take a firm stand with students. I will let them know that all students have the rights to be treated fairly with respect and kindness. I will inform the class that do not, under any circumstances, let inequality roam inside us. I will also remind them of the policies the school had implemented.

Then, promote cooperation and kindness. As a student, I must be a role model among others in moral way. I’ll discourage bullying by doing acts of kindness and showing good manners and right conduct such as equality. I’ll warn them to be careful about making playful and sarcastic comments because it might ruin other personality. Let them understand how painful inequality can be. I must also tell students that if they see another students being bullied or discriminated, they should stand before the students and inform the bullies about the effects of it to the victim.

Finally, help students gain their confidence. Students who have been bullied or discriminated might have lower self-esteem. I should, help them gain sense of belongingness in the school by talking to them all the time and helping them about the lessons. I will demonstrate meaningful words of encouragement to take back his/her lost self-confidence. I should also lead activities that shows anti-bullying and discrimination so they will able to relate to what really is happening in our world full of unfair people.

Bullying has different types, it could be verbal, physical and mental. This is one of the prevalent problems in schools which could be a painful event for the students who experiencing it. It can result in anxiety and low self-esteem and might leave a mental breakdown to the victim. Equality is not hard to follow and implemented in schools, communities and even to ourselves. As a students, all of us must lead all students toward equality because I know that the rest will follow.

Facing the Great Inevitable

If you’d given the chance to change your fate, would you do it? Fate do exists in all of our lives but most people never take a risk in facing this inevitable thing, thus we tried to escape it. It is my destiny that I should deal with. How I confront it defines me as a person depending whether I decide to deny it, escape it or face it with all courage. Attempting to change it will just make everything worse because anything I do has its own consequences.

Paulo Coelho once said, “I can control my destiny but not my fate … our fate is sealed”. Fate has a control over my own life. It plays an important role in my life as a person. It is something I cannot rely on but it gives me hope and positivity. There might be regret in the end but soon I will realize how this fate changed my perspective in life. It guides me to the best way in making decisions and choices for these things leads us to our own destiny.

Nothing comes by accident nor by luck. There is always a reason for everything that happens around. My fate is a result of choices I have made in life. My destiny depends entirely on what I do today. Fate change my everyday perspective. I should put an effort in changing my own future to greatness than letting myself go to the wrong path and complaining my fate. Fate is something life offers that I should go through. From then, I should learn things I have to carry whenever there are struggles going to block my path in life.
