Understanding the brain activity of a gifted child

What makes a child special and gifted may not be normal for others, but they have a different way of looking at the world – Chuck Grassley. A gifted child is more than a normal person that needs more special treatment. They deserved to be treated in a different way because of they are born differently with others. This topic is a fragile one because it is experience by some people and it needs thorough action and attention. Have do you respond to people who are gifted in appearance and way of thinking?
Knowing how they become special is the basic key in understanding them. Being one of them is surely difficult because it is hard for others to understand them. Putting yourself in their shoes can also be done to know how they feel when someone is bullying them. Giving them much attention can give them idea that they are not alone in life. Have time in befriending them for this not they don’t have the most – friends. Sending them at special schools can be a medium for them to meet new friends who has the same capability of thinking. Show them the love and acceptance so that they would feel belong.
Treat their uniqueness as another aspects of your child that needs care and attention. Praise them for all the efforts and teach them about things normal people do. Recognize their talents and praise them for all the good deeds they did. Being a gifted child shall not limit their ability to interact with others. Lead them in interacting with others in building a strong bond with others. These children need to feel loved and one of us in order to improve their relationship with others. Giving them much attention and understanding will help us in knowing what are their purpose in life.

A garden is a great teacher that transforms a single seed into a seed of life. It feeds us nutritious reflective learning essential for personal growth as a part of society. Urban gardening produces economic sustainability which can only be achieve when we are able to supply ourselves with enough safe and good quality foods. All developing nations aim for food security towards food sustainability, availability and affordability inside their country. Urban gardening provides great benefits for the learners in being a self-sufficient man and environmental-friendly person. Starting one at home and school promotes to good nutrition and economic sustainability vital for the country’s food crisis today.

Local government and schools are showing its campaign about sustainable urban gardening at every home and the idea is spreading rapidly because people nowadays have knowledge about its benefits to them. I, myself, started a urban garden at home and I should admit that I find gardening fun and exciting and full of learning. First, urban gardening promotes self-sufficiency because it teaches me to be independent in life. Kids are encouraged to be become more active learners capable of think independently and learn to adapt skills necessary for today’s challenges. This also help people to be resilient, confident and responsible in life.

Secondly, urban gardening embraces a healthier and more active lifestyle important in self growth. Urban gardening doesn't chemicals for fertilizers because composed materials such as biodegradable can be use as fertilizer for the plant. Chemicals use in gardening can harm the health of the people because it will affect the plants growth and lessen the nutrition present in the plant. Having one can build a safe, healthy and green environment in schools and neighborhood. Lastly, urban gardening help to achieve food security in the country. Food security happens when people have sustainable source of food, when there is no scarcity of resources, and people can afford food in the market. If I have urban garden at their home, the risk of shortage will be lessen and I can provide myself with enough safe and healthy foods.

Never estimate the power of a single seed. One seed grows and reproduce that could change everything. An urban garden makes a community progressive in terms of a healthy lifestyle. Households who are engaged with this technique helps people in saving lots of money because foods are grown inside the backyard. A little patience is the key to succeed in this activity. Try one and prepare yourself for overflowing amount of produce and knowledge. Start a good and healthy lifestyle at home and surely the rest will follow.
